Peer support by and for physician moms.
Why We're Doing ThisBeing a physician mother can be isolating.
Dr. Mom Foundation Peer Support Groups offer physician mothers a confidential space to connect with peers who understand the unique challenges of balancing a medical career and motherhood. Through shared experience and mutual support, these groups aim to ease isolation and remind physician mothers that they don't have to carry it alone.

FACILITATION Led by trained peer supporters who are physician moms themselves.
Please note: peer support groups are a space for connection and mutual understanding — they are not therapy, and they are not crisis intervention.
If you're in crisis or need clinical care, please reach out to a licensed provider or a crisis line directly. Peer support works alongside professional care, not in place of it.

Interested in facilitating?
Groups are led by physician moms who've been trained to hold space for others. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
Peer supporters go through training before facilitating.
